- 1 Vanilla bean (http://www.tahitianvanilla.com/)
- 2 (young) white coconut pulp and830ml / 28oz water
- Meat of 1 young coconut
- 16 Pitted dates Dates
- Add the coconut to your blender (take out the air if you can to stop oxidization), add some of the water around 600ml. Then once blended add to the juicer and extract the fiber. Add back into the blender and add the 16 dates, the insides of the vanilla bean. Blend in the blender with the pulp of aa young coconut. Add the mixture to your ice cream maker.
